Our Goals for a Sustainable Future
We set clear goals to advance our sustainability efforts. By 2026, we are focusing on increasing solar panel production, reducing emissions, strengthening employee competence, and achieving 100% supplier compliance with our Code of Conduct.
Responsibility in the supply chain
We take responsibility for our entire value chain. Through Code of Conduct requirements, risk analyses, and close collaboration with suppliers, we ensure ethical business practices and sustainable design.
Social sustainability
Sustainability also involves people. We create a safe and inclusive work environment, offer training and wellness programs, and engage with the local community through sponsorships and collaborations with schools.
